Operation department owns this tab: prepare the stock, transfer it from inventory,
and when the MO is ready for the workshop push it to IN PROGRESS.
BLOCKED = quick fix — do what the note asks, then unblock ·
PAUSED = heavy problem (most items unavailable, takes time) —
parked as "partially completed" in Katana for the fixing team ·
AWAITING = not started, lines being gathered / verified.
Note format: BLOCKED: reason | NEED: item | BY: date | WHO: sales/purchase

Production plan: deadline first, then each day is filled close to capacity with the next
orders in line (±200 pcs). A bulk order bigger than one day
leads its days with ~66% of capacity — the rest goes to the next orders so every client keeps moving.
Workflow order on multi-service orders (1-day lag between stages):
coloring → printing → filling (needs mixing + printing + coloring done) → sticker application
→ packing → cellophane.
● WORKING = started ·
○ TODAY = planned for Day 1 ·
○ TO DO = Day 2 onwards or waiting for an earlier service.

Workload by Section
click a section to open its services — plan manpower by where the queue is heaviest
| Section / Service | In Queue | Awaiting | Blocked | Paused | Done (7d) | Capacity/day | ≈ Days to clear |

≈ Days to clear = in-queue quantity ÷ max daily capacity, orders taken in deadline order.
A section's figure is its slowest service (the bottleneck) — red needs manpower.
